Finally started Black on Tuesday after finishing White, catching all the legendaries and breeding myself some starters and whatnot for Black.

On the fly trading is very nice, except you have to be 3 feet apart for it to work. The "updated" trading system is annoying, you now have to pick up to 3 pokes for "selection/viewing" then you and your trading buddy get to pick only one of the three to trade. It is a needless extra step.

And was it just me or was catching Thundorous (the roamer) really easy this game compared to HG/SS and even D/P/Plat?

TRU, EB games and Game stores have a free giveaway of Zoaroark (sp?).

You need your game catridge and a DS/3DS. go in, go to mystery gift and collect from pokemart dude as usual. On for about another month (October 20-ish) .

Just make sue they are over level 50 to give yourself a decent chance. Black and White's elite 4 can be very tough to beat, they cover their type weaknesses fairly well...

I think they're just tough because you don't expect it.

Well I just started watching the Pokemon Cartoon Season 14 (Black and White) and enjoying it. Must go and find the rest of the older seasons I am missing and start rewatching .. Im not sure where I stopped all those years ago.

Partially. I found the elite four to be stronger and smarter than I expected, mostly because none of the gym leaders were all that tough or battled too intelligently (using ineffective moves etc).

The types used in the elite 4 in B&W was not the best selection, I think Pearl and Diamond had a better mix, especially the second time through.
