Not too sure about this one. There's certainly differences between him and the Classics Skywarp, and there's a lack of chrome on the missile launchers as used for the Henkei release.

Well it's not Classics Skywarp and it's not Heneki Skywarp, so I'd say no it's not legit.

Dodgy beyond all belief. No official Skywarp has Launchers that colour.

The fact that it's got a blue cockpit and blue missile launchers should ring alarm bells as to it's authenticity.
The seller even admits it in his description:
