Your favourite Transformers Video Game?

I found the BW game really hard. 3rd person shooter and using a digital pad on the PS1 made movement and shooting harder than it should be. Plus the fact that you energy would ebb away in robot mode and you couldn't attack in beast mode. PLus transforming would take a while and you would be getting shot at. Man what a dud game.


Oh I also forgot the DS Animated game. I quite enjoyed that, being a fan of puzzle games

I never got to play BW on PS1. Only PC. Maybe the PC version was much better because you could use a mouse. Pretty sure you could anyway. Was easy run away from a fight on that without getting killed.

Transformers (armada) on PS2 was the best TF game I've played on a console.

War for Cybertron is very good as well, but I didnt find it anywhere near as much fun.

Animated on the DS was pretty fun too, but not really a TF game, since there was barely any transforming in it.

This is fairly easy for me to choose - Transformers Armada. It's the only Transformers game that I actually finished because it kept my interest.

I have WFC but haven't played it much. I also have the Commodore 64 Transformers game... unfortunately I don't have a Commodore 64 to play it on

Yeah, I really quite like the Armada game. My only complaint about it is the lack of multiplayer. WFC is my second favourite.

The Beast Wars game is my least favourite. I also found the movie game heaps hard... but I'm a gaming noob (as gekisou has witnessed first hand with the number of times he's effortlessly pwned me on WFC )

yeah, totally forgot about WFC for the DS. Those were awesome games and the TF: Animated for the DS was kinda fun but not enough to knock out any of my previously mentioned top games. Beast Wars Neo for the GB Colour was fun but due to limitations, an uninspiring fighter game.

I haven't got past the second level on either of the WFC DS games. I hate them. I don't want a game where I have to fight slugs and bees. I want to play a game where giant robots shoot each other. That is my only gripe with WFC on PS3. The spider bots and the slugs.
