Nope. We missed Sky Shadow and Junkheap. I got mine from Hong Kong. Where did you end up getting yours from?

Yeah, so you got yours from overseas too. AFAIK noone ever sighted these toys in any local Australian stores... at least, not in regular retail outlets like Kmart, Target, Toys R Us etc. At best you might find them in a specialty import store, but they don't count for 'official' Australian releases (plus they're expensive because of all the import tax/levies/excise/duties that the govt slaps on them).

This was hard - they are all among my fav's! I LOVE seeing a modern but faithful take on the classic characters.

    In no particular order:

Jetfire (Classics) - With the removable armor and helmet, tons of guns etc he makes a beautiful bridge between the original toy and Skyfire from the cartoon.

Warpath (Generations) - BEST. WARPATH. EVER!

Wreck-Gar (RTS) - When I got Junk Heap and discoved that Wreck-Gar could actually RIDE HIM LIKE IN THE MOVIE - DEAR PRIMUS I WAS OVERJOYED!

Onslaught (Universe Classics) - One of my fave bots ever. He looks so tough in both modes but as a robot he is just beautiful and deadly to behold

Optimus Prime (Classics) - Was the first Optimus toy I got where in robot mode he REALLY looked like an awesome version of himself from the G1 cartoon.

    Top 5 Honorable Mentions:
    *Powerglide (Universe Classics)
    *Octane/Tankor (Universe Classics)
    *Silverbolt (Universe Classics)
    *Sergeant Kup (Generations)
    *Blurr (Generations)

Could easily list another 20 I love (Jazz, Perceptor, Cyclonus + Nightstick, Bumblebee, Dirge etc etc etc)

    The Top 5 (no order)

    Classics Jetfire
Near-on perfect Transformer Voyager toy ATMO.
    Generations Warpath
Great modes, great G1 homage, great toy. Bonus points for cool retracting barrel.
    Generations Wheeljack
Another fantastic homage. Looks great in both modes, good articulation, nice transformation.
    Classics Optimus Prime
Hard to go past this one. Blew my mind when I first saw the pre-release official images of this one and Classics B'Bee. Bonus points for nifty weapons.
    Henkei Megatron
Probably my favourite incarnation of this character. Not overly accurate but pretty damn spiffy! (Gotta be henkei for the colours too).

The Bottom 5 (aka Honourable Mentions)
    WFC Optimus
    WFC Megatron
    Generations Drift
    Generations Sideswipe
    Classics Bumblebee
    TF Figs of 2024:
    1) Legacy Magmatron
    2) Legacy Gears
    3) SS102 RotB Optimus
