Wow... Bumblebee/Big Bird has some really low technical specifications. Do many/any official characters have worse?

Not these days, but in G1 I'd say probably not. Maybe some of the cassettes?

Ah yes - from my cursory research it seems only two Transformers have worse statistics than Bumblebee (and thus might be good for Big Bird and friends.) Rumble:
