    +great alt mode
    +decent looking robot
    +nice weapons
    +good looking human

-annoying transformation (particularly the rear wheel)
    -crap weapon mode
    -crap hands
-articulation is inferior compared to sandstorm & icepick

    What Kaiden said.

I wish these had skipped the stupid weapon modes, would have allowed for better robot designs. Still worth picking up this one on balance.

icepick's weapon mode isnt bad at all. the rest are just really ill planned. the best weapon mode is whirl's as he turns into a laser/gatling cannon

I only just noticed that this has Spike and not Sam. I'm so used to thinking of Sam as Spike. I had just thought this driver had the helmet so they didn't have to pay Shia for his likeness.

Until you wrote this, I didn't realise the guy in the movies wasn't Spike. If Sam isn't Spike, in my head this toy just went way up in awesomeness. And Whirl's partner is Sparkplug. I want Buster too.

Maybe Sergeant Chaos is really Butch Witwicky --- the forgotten son!

This guy looks nice, but boy does he have terrible hands. I thought he would be the most promising of the lot but he's quite a letdown. Everything about him, his colour scheme to head sculpt look great. Just those hands and elbows are poor.

I should mention Spike is the best looking HA companion. Really like the helmet look.
