Toy Review - DotM Deluxe Autobot Topspin

The cgi renders of the characters are alot better then the toys.

Of course they are, but in order for a toy to look more accurate to the CG models, they'd look a little something like this Good luck affording/storing/transforming that!

Sorry I should of elaborated more in my post. What I meant was they don't look as "rednecky" in the cgi renders. Leadfoots beer gut doesn't seem as big and I get more of steampunk vibe from Topspin rather then redneck.

As far as the accents go that is in the novelisation but that doesn't mean that they will use those accents in the movie... I hope they do because I think it would sound cool. The Gordon Ramsay comparison is very appropriate considering...wait I wont spoil it

I've gotta say, after all the hype for topspin, and how awesome he looked in pictures, I'm not really liking the figure as much as i thought i would, and i feel Roadbuster is the better of the 2 deluxe wreckers.
He seems smaller and skinier than i was expecting, and his head seems tiny it also kinda bugs me his mechtech weapon turns into a claw thing when he already has claws on his arms
I do love his colour scheme, vehicle mode, weapons and overall look, but i think he's just a bit too small, a human alliance version would be super awesome though

i also like his little fists inside of the claws and that his leg transformation reminds me of animated lockdown

overall i think he's good, but not the best DOTM deluxe so far, bring on a HA topspin
