I just realised they've charged my card a mere 2 hours before cancelling my order!
I'm yet to receive a reply from yesterday's abuse, but when i do, man they are going to get a mouthful about this! It says clearly on their site "Your credit card will be charged for each item as they are dispatched." not "Your credit card will be charged just prior to us cancelling your order!"

They really have dropped the ball on this one. I'm waiting on my reply to the latest "enquiry"/abuse I sent them. Makes me appreciate BBTS.com and that nice Joel guy who's always emailing me telling me my pile of loot pre orders are ready or about some new cool toys he's just got in.

Can this site be sued? I have an inkling there is some technicality where because it's an online website it doesn't constitute as an official business that falls under the laws and regulations that your physical stores would have to adhere to.

Then again I know nothing about law, just watch enough TV to know that sites are able to pull off 'scams' because of small technicalities

i tried ordering the special edition final fantasy 13 for ps3. Same issue as here. This was months and months ago. I'm never using Fishpond ever. Bunch of scum bags

i got a confirmation email the other day that both SW&SH were shipped but looking at my credit card it looks like they have only charged me for one

I've sent them two scathing emails and have now just opened up a complaint with Paypal as well.

So we'll see in a few days I guess.

From experience allow up to 5 working days for you to get your refund back into your paypal account, then a further 3 days for your bank to process it back into your bank account. These guys are the worst.

Haven't received my refund either. i also paid with paypal.
