i got a confirmation email the other day that both SW&SH were shipped but looking at my credit card it looks like they have only charged me for one

I've sent them two scathing emails and have now just opened up a complaint with Paypal as well.
So we'll see in a few days I guess.

From experience allow up to 5 working days for you to get your refund back into your paypal account, then a further 3 days for your bank to process it back into your bank account. These guys are the worst.
