How do I keep the launcher on his shoulder? I seem to either have one that doesnt work or i must be doing it wrong.

I don't think it pegs... It sort of just, sits there?

Yeah, for some strange reason, it wasn't really designed to peg to the shoulder. People obviously like to place it there since that's where it went in G1 but they are just being inventive as you can't properly secure it there.

I'll have a look at mine later and get back to you. I've got mine clipped on and it's been secure. I'll take some pics

The way it holds on is by basically just sliding on. There should be a little "catch" peg that you can slide into the back of his shoulder. If I was at home, I'd take a photo of it.
