...what are the odds that if Hasbro did do a Classicsverse Shockwave, he'd have an unsightly and totally unnecessary orange barrel cap? (-_-) Or worse, another kind of Nerf gun with clown colours like Classics Megatron.

So yeah... Hasbro should do it, then we should wait for the TakaraTOMY repaint.

Yeah, Energon Shockblast is the closest so far. The upcoming HoS Cyclops or Alternators Shockwave might do OK as well.

Nothing would be wrong with it. I just wouldn't be surprised if Hasbro unnecessarily gave it an orange cap -- just like they needlessly gave RtS Megatron an orange cap.

Yeah I'm definitely interested in that Hearts of Steel Shockwave, I loved that design by IDW. I hope Mastermind can pull it off and we get to see some actual pics of the prototype soon, renders can be misleading.
