I am actually liking what I am reading so far, it doesn't seem like the same mediocre crap I have come to expect from IDW. I hope that's the case because I would like to get back to reading some decent TF fiction, feels like a long time since LSOTW.

Wow. Except for the still-awful modern-day Transformer designs, that was brilliant. Great to have James Roberts back - looks like for the near future it's going to be crap issue, brilliant issue, crap issue, brilliant issue (etc.)

And Megatron's written Mein Kampf! Again, brilliant.

Wow, looks like someone has actually read all the previously released IDW issues... even Megatron: Origins!

I think SkyShadow is right, it's going to be good, horrendous, good, horrendous.

I get the feeling that from the little article in the back of Transformers #21 by then end of the bi-monthly run they're going to go back to Original Marvel comics numbering. Which is the entire point of this stunt.

The #125 counts all the IDW stories in their G1 universe. But the numbering still doesn't seem to quite work. There two issues that I haven't accounted for. The Avengers crossover could be swapped in and Infestation swapped out, but the latter series has a more important role in the ongoing story.

    Infiltration (0-6)
    Stormbringer (7-10)
    Escalation (11-16)
    Devastation (17-22)
    Revelation (23-26)
    Maximum Dinobots (27-31)
    All Hail Megatron (32-47)
Last Stand of the Wreckers (48-52)
    Bumblebee (53-56)
    Ironhide (57-60)
    Drift (61-64)
    Infestation (65-66)
    Heart of Darkness (67-70)
    Megatron Origin (71-74)
    Spotlights (75-91)
    Ongoing (94-124)

Thanks for that- I was trying to work out where I'd fallen short in terms of gaps.

I have to say that the preview is exactly what I've come to expect and it really feels like we're on the tail end of this 125 issue long series, with things about to get even more epic than they did with AHM, but with the right sort of pacing this time.

The conclusion is going to be earth shattering, especially with the fate of a certain character being mentioned by the IDW panel at SDCC, and the aftermath and consequences of it should prove most interesting.
