Default Official product pics for the JP Chronical sets

I think the previous images of these two sets were mock-ups of what toys were to be included.
If not, well... these look nice for a refresher.

There are two sets - one of Optimus and one of Megatron - each with the Gen1 mould and a TF3 mould.
The TF3 Optimus mould included in this set is the Deluxe one (the Walmart/BigW exclusive one), with the Trailer that was packed with the JP Voyager Optimus (the trailer still hasn't seen a US release, if at all). The trailer appears to be compatible with multiple Optimus toys, as it is shown attached to both of the ones in this 2-pack, plus the original Voyager figure.
As for Megatron, the TF3 version included is the Voyager one, with some different paint apps.
The TF3 Optimus doesn't appear to have any colour differences to the US release, as it hasn't been released in Japan yet to need different colours. But it does come with a different mechtech weapon to the US one.

As for the Gen1 figures, Optimus looks the same, but Megatron doesn't have any shiny bits - it is a dull grey like the ehobby Megaplex toy.

These are supposed to come out this month, so shouldn't be too much longer for those who have pre-ordered them. Priced at about AU$120-140, depending on your source.

These are Japanese, so probably not. And since the Megatron set has Gen1 Megatron, Hasbro would only ever consider the Optimus set if they wanted to release this.
