i would really appreciate any help as to which beast wars ultra megatron this is

-i am unsure if it is tru 10th anniversary,japanese reissue or something else!?!

Looks like a newer release as it has different paint apps and is missing the beast mask that the first release had.

thanks,that is what i thought but was mainly confused between the tru & bwr sets...
