Have been lurking for a couple of days browsing over other members' collection photos. Thought I should at least show some basic manners by introducing myself before I go on probing

Here's the bio:

When TF G1 was first on I was a baby and had no idea. Later when I received the first TF toy of my life from a relative (which, unfortunately, was a bootlegged crappy piece of jet as I recall it now) I was totally displeased because I was dreaming of that big red truck. This is the whole of my early memories of Transformers.

Seems like most fans don't like the 2007-2011 movie line. Good or bad, I owe my thanks to Michael Bay. He got me back into that remote and ancient Cybertronian world and I loathe him for the same reason, especially whenever checking up my bank balance.

I started collecting only recently as I only started working (and earn income) not long ago. I'm hatchling of the newbies, my collection are quite limited. I have strong likes and dislikes for the different series (as well as different characters), and I never buy what I don't like simply for collection's sake. Another defect of me is my compulsive obssession with perfection; consequently it always takes me century long and a gold mill to buy one toy (or book).

Currently my small treasure consist only of G1 and the movie lines. I love every single one of them and try my best to make them comfortable at home. It's a strange feeling, feel myself connected to a group of robot models and find the strong unique character in each individual one. I make my own stories of them at times, and simply wish the series keep going on and on and on...

My mum labelled me as "crazy ridiculous" last time she visited me (when T2 was on). She's coming to see me again so I'm thinking of hiding my heroes away on Moonbase #1 for a while in case she dust them away as junk.

I'm located in Melbourne city. Big stores here don't have many good TF to choose, they enjoy selling low cost pure commercial stuff. Specialised small stores sometimes have good ones but are often out of stock. I have to source my energon mainly from the cyberspace online.

That's all about my TF history for now. I love those collection photos I've browsed so far, everybody seems to be an veteran in this world. I feel really excited about the energon level here.

See you every now and then!
