As reported on TFW, it seems that the DVD is coming out sooner than expected - September 30th.

Has anyone heard of a release date for us? From memory we got the last two movies in / around November 2007 and 2009 and it would make sense to have a global release date for the third movie to combat piracy.

I'll be picking up at least two version (as I have before) - standard 2-disc release and the transforming case release.
