When will they repaint BW Quickstrike?
Of the 30-odd BW toys that represent the characters from the Emmy award winning show, all of them have been repainted at least once, or are a repaint themselves...
Except Quickstrike.
What's that BotCon? You've missed one? But he'd be perfect to give a terrible new color scheme and charge through the nose for!

Seriously, definitely a shortage on hot pink transformers and BW Quickstrike repaints. Two problems solved in one toy!
Man, Fun-Pub should totally hire me. At least then they can stop complaining about how hard it is to think up all those decos they have to do every year.

Quite a few of the BW molds are gone. Either lost due to...well, loss, factory closing, lack of maintenance, or are in the middle of the ocean (feel free to fish for them)

Exactly how many 'a fair number' is, is unknown.
Obviously we can look at molds re-issued since and know they're fine (eg the Armada and Universe recolours/remolds).
Other than that, who knows?

I dont own any BW's but Quickstrike has always caught my eye as one I want to own. I like the concept of a scorpcobra so much i not only approve a repaint but want a Mega sized remake as well
