Yea, they usually never have the set name, just the set number on the boxes.

I just punch it into peeron usually, or google works too, as in "lego 6870". That will give enough hits to tell me it's the space probe launcher.

For some strange reason, the US sets have the name of the set on the boxes. But then again, they also have their own production facilities whereas we all get euro stock.
If I want your opinion, I'll give it to you

Yeah, I've got no problem Googling it, it's just inconvenient when I'm out hunting.

That's what they've done since the Vintage era of Space. Makes me jealous as when we were kids we had to name them ourselves and always came up with lame names. 924 was the first Cruiser. Galaxy Commander was known as the 2nd Cruiser.

I'm not sure what the point of this thread is now but I just wanted to post why I love the Aero Booster (8106):

Normally those jetpacks are pointing right backwards Gundam style but they have so much articulation that you can pose it in so many different ways. I scored another cheap set today for $15 since the box was badly damaged and potentially parts could be missing. Borgeman saw me in my brilliant persuasive form. I'm unstoppable these days! But yeah, I love 8106. Great for parts, great on it's own.

Guess this is probably the best place to ask this...

Has anyone got any Spongebob Lego in Target stores anymore?
I wanted to get the bus and Rocket sets (3830 and 3831) for my gf, but I was on holidays when the sale started with no Target nearby, now the 5 Targets near me are all sold out.

If not I'll just have to order them from online.

And if anyone here knows a good place to get the older Spongebob Lego kits, please let me know!

    Cheers

I'm in Melb but I saw one on Wednesday and I might be going past there today. Would u be interested. I imagine shipping would be around $10-11 though so that might break the deal. Lemme know.

Still interested, as that would still make it cheaper than ordering from the lego shop.

I'd have rainchecked the Spongebob Lego, but it's a "no raincheck" item.

I've seen them in an outer suburban Target. Will get a chance to check again tomorrow. If it's there and cheap I'll grab it for you.
