Not really... The film's "opening credits" were at the end of the film and everyone got named correctly there. The "credits" you saw at the start of the film were just jokes on screen. Makes a good story though for the "Deadpool is so outrageous" stories.

(But then I feel like the only person in the world disappointed by the film...)
