Woops this looks like a 90's release not 80's. Anyone remember seeing these? They seem fairly hard to come by/unknown but i happened to find one in Japan brand new... wondering whether i should nab it:

Yeah, they're from 1995 and were fairly common back then. There were a number of mini-mutant playsets made. If you found one brand new for under $150, I'd probably pick it up purely because of it's novelty factor.
