Last night I got an email saying that my supscription has been cancelled due to one of the following reasons
Figures unavailable
Cancelled at customers request
Unable to process credit card.
So I sent an email asking them to clarify it for me as they didn't send me a billing invoice and was not sure of how much they were attempting to charge.
This morning I woke to two emails
One said they were able to process my order but then requesting I confirm my credit card details and security code my shipping address and the delivery method
The second said they were unable to process the order and I will receive a follow up email cancelling my subscription and if I want it to re order it.
I am not happy and confused both emails were sent at exactly the same time.
Is this common?
Is it common for them not to notify you before they charge you?
I think mine is going thru okpending ATM

every email response they send me they send three each one contradicts one in one way or another figures are held figures are cancelled subcription cancelled.....and in one i asked them what the number was and they didnt bother answering me..
this is really starting to @#$% me off...
