They did reissue Ultra Magnus in his Diaclone colours as a ToyFes 2001 exclusive figure. Although the reissue doesn't come with Powered Buggy (which has never been included in any version of Ultra Magnus).
    http://www.tfu.info/2001/Autobot/Ult...ltramagnus.htm

Powered Convoy originally retailed for 3800JPY ($45) and the reissue originally sold for 5000JPY ($60). You probably won't find those toys for those prices now (and I'm not suggesting that you can) - but considering that Powered Convoy has been out of production for approx 29 years and the reissue was a limited exclusive, it's not surprising if these things are now hard to find and fetching high prices on the aftermarket.

Now I'm looking for the Ultra Magnus Redeco online but can't find any trustworthy sellers. I'm willing to pay a steep price for this fig as I consider it a Holy Grail (I LOVE THE DIACLONE COMMERCIAL of PowereD Convoy)

instead of enhancing the figure these stickers are actually essential because TErrorcon cliffjumper comes with no painted windows and I can't have stickered windows that are half-silver!

Ah well, I just use texta to draw on my own windows lol
