According to two members at He-Man.org who spoke with DR management, there are no more replacement Fistos for QC problems.

This means that if you receive a faulty Fisto and you send it back for replacement, you will get a refund rather than a replacement figure making you miss out completely on the character. Don't trust what the outsourced support person may tell you as often they don't have the correct information.

Another screw up by Digital River and Mattel. Why didn't they have enough for QC problems?
