Thanks goodness the SXS AO3 add on works!! now I can play with Generations blitzwing without the annoying shoulder problem!!
Im showing here the left one coz that's the problem shoulder for my figure.

So easy to install, just slide it in... same for the head, I don't really miss the triple head gimmick, coz now he has really cool light piping and even though the color scheme of the add on does not match the figure, I ain't too fussed honestly. For me it works like highlights. I also like that they've given him a bigger gun and it's purple too!

TW-02 Orion arrived today.Very nice toy. a bit fiddly and lacking in accessories compared to other Toyworld offerings but still a damn fine not-Optimus.

I popped a spare Autobot sticker on him to add some authenticity.

And he turns into a Truck! Who knew?

What scale is he and how much does he go for? I would like an Optimus for my CHUG collection and don't really like any of the official stuff.

He's larger than Voyager, definitely larger than Classics OP, so it's sorta Ultra class. Can't seem to find him at the usual stores ATM, iirc he went for around the $120 mark???

Hmmm... Does CHUG get updated to CHUUG or CHUGU with the latest series United?

Here's a side-by-side with classics Optimus for scale. He's definitely Ultra class.

FYI I got mine off Ebay from a Hong Kong seller for $99 US which was about $110 Australian with free shipping.

I have no Idea why TFsource and BBTS never carried this guy. I
m assuming because they didn't want to make Hasbro angry?

Toy World Orion is just a little bit taller than their Hegemon toy, and a fair bit beefier.

I got mine from Acetoystore. I like mine except for the fact it was freaking miss-assembled, seeking a replacement part from them so I'll let you know whether or not I recommend Acetoystrore when that situation is resolved. Still I would recommend Orion for anyone who feels that Classic Prime is starting to look a little too weedy on their display shelf. Now that TFC Orion is on mine Classic Springer and Igear Weapons Specialist can no longer push the other short guys around.

That's a good comparison photo that's unfortunately swayed me to get this figure now.
Like the fact that Prime's a lot larger in size and way beefier than expected compared to the official product pictures.
How are the joints and does it easily acquire stress marks when you transform it?
    Thanks.

That he is VERT, theres plenty of play value on that figure and surprises as well.
