I'd be very surprised if they all don't get a alt mode change at some point.

Cannot wait for Ratchet to get an overhaul. Unless of course they make him that horrible shade of green again!

I think it'd also help to hype up the movies. People speculating about what new form each character will get. Certainly in the mainstream, more than us fans.
