    Default Stan Winston has died!

    This is awful news! Stan Winston... has passed away! I loved his work... he co-designed the Terminator, the Predator and did visual effects on Aliens, Terminator 2 and Jurassic Park.

    I know T2 was a marvel for it's time (and still pretty damn good even by today's standards, but Jurassic Parks CGI is what will stick in my mind forever.

    The guy had a hand in everything though!

    Yeah... he and James Cameron really broke a lot of ground in the special FX area! Cameron also co-designed a lot of those creatures (Terminator, Alien Queen, Predator).
