Some late night drunken inspiration resulted in this - the head from a junker legends Evac on a legends movie Bumblebee (the scan one from the TRU four-pack).
I have no idea who I can turn this into, so it's over to you. I could make it an original character but I'd prefer to make an existing one.
I'll choose the one that appeals to me and that I think I can paint.

Some sort of Bumblebee me thinks. The tough part is finding prefixes that haven't been used like OMG!! Cactus Punch Bumblebee. As for painting, just go for it - this is where you get to be creative! But you can only use two colours ...and they must clash ...aaaannnd one of them is mustard.

I like my previous^ idea better but how about Scamper or MetroTitans version of Scamper?

You don't need to touch the figure.
It's obviously Bumblebee being reformatted into Galvatron.
Seeing as everything revolves around Bumblebee now, it isn't too far fetched.
