On topic. I'll be buying it. Possibly in the shops on release if it's cheap enough, otherwise online.

Not likely to pre-order, because DLC isn't enough of an incentive. Afterall, I will probably end up buying the map packs later as well, which will no doubt include the pre-order exclusives anyway.

So... I've preordered for PS3... what goodies should I be expecting? Cos my local EB seems rather clueless when I ask them about it -- they keep insisting that there are no specials that come w/ the preordered game. If people could also provide links too, so I can print out and show it to them. Thanks.

Pre-ordered as soon as it was available to be pre-ordered at my local EB store. I still play WFC multiplayer and escalation, so this game has gotta last me another few years. LOL

Edit - Just thought I'd mention how good that teaser trailer for the G1 dlc was! BEST!!!

After playing the demo last night I'm not going to rush out to get it right away.

I enjoyed the demo but it reminded me I've only played WFC through once, on my small old-school TV set. I've never played it with the volume up on a HD flatscreen.

So now that I've got the taste for the gameplay again, I think I'm going to play WFC again and wait for the price to drop a bit on FOC.

(This strategy worked well for me when Arkham City came out - I was keen to play it but satisfied the urge with a replay of Arkham Asylum instead and saved myself $30).
