It's a replacement piece rear for the rear hips on Bovis. There was an issue where some figures had a crack due to thin plastic and an over-tight screw. Needless to say, many 'butt crack' jokes were made.

I read tonight that Felisabre isn't going to be released till Feb 2015, I haven't confirmed this with Mmc yet, but I believe there is truth to this
