I'd file a big complaint or something of that nature, if I were you, or maybe speak to the shop as well. (they might be able to talk to AP as well )

...after much deliberation, I've decided to cancel my BBTS Blitzwing/Springer preorder and just ordered the Generations Triple Changer Triple Pack (Blitzie, Springie, Sandie) from BBTS. BBTS is hoping to get B/S in by late May, which means I won't see the toys until June -- RK reckons they'll get B/S/S in June/July, so I might end up getting the Triple Changers either around the same time as I would from BBTS (best case scenario), or a month later, but I get a 3rd Triple Changer and overall I pay less for each figure.

I had a look at someone else's Generations Springer on Sunday, so that should satiate me for a while. Man this online shopping stuff is such a headache... I'd rather just walk into a store, buy the toys and go home and open 'em!!
