I hired out the DVD movie the mist tonight as I generally enjoy Stephen King novels and novela(I think this is the right word). I have been bitterly dissappointed with other adaptations of his books so I had very low expectations for this movie after the butcher jobs the did on IT(one of my favs) and Tommyknockers. The short story is actually from a book with a lot of short stories in it called Skeleton Crew. This isn't so much a review as a reccomendation to get this out as I was pleasantly surprised at how well it follows the short story, it has been a long time since I read it(19 years ago) but from what I remember they really only butchered the ending. Get it out and post your thoughts here, Oh in case your wondeing I'd class this as Horror Thriller.
