Just the lowest I think. I think it'll get here on Wednesday at the most. It estimated 14 and it's only been 10 so it'll probably get here quite soon.
With my classics Soundwave from BBTS, it came on the LAST possible day before I would launch a complaint.

On another note i bit the bullet and bought my first botcon toy, 2010 G2 Clench MISP, as i have the Universe Hardhead/Onslaught toys and its a mold i really do like. Paid a fair bit for it on evilbay, but oh well...
