Default Do you keep your Transformers room locked when you sleep?

For the purposes of this poll/thread, a "Transformers room" can be any room where you keep your Transformers collection - whether it be a dedicated collection room, bedroom, study etc. I must confess that, until now, I've always kept my Transformers room locked when I'm out of the house, but usually not when I'm at home, and that includes when I'm asleep.

If reading this thread has made you change your mind, please vote according to what you've been doing before then. So I've voted the second option, but from now on I'm gonna keep my TF room locked when I sleep.

Due to ongoing sleep problems my collection room is also my bedroom. It has no door but is at the top of the house.
Noone but me is allowed up there without my permission

I don't keep the door locked, their in my mini man cave, but stored in cupboards. I was actually thinking about buying locks for the cupboards the other day!

I'm "in between houses" at the moment ( living with sister inlaw to help save for a house ) so my collection is packed away neatly in a whole bunch of huge plastic tubs.

Oh how I can't wait to be able to display it all.....

I do plan on locking my collection room, my wife teases me and says that if i dont.... one day I'll come home to find our unborn daughter opening up all of my toys!

She also threatens to do that herself sometimes.... just to watch me squirm lol

    No lock present nor required.

Why the need to lock the door at night Gok? Is it to keep the little one out?

Mine will be locked sometime next year once the new arrival starts to move around the house with grubby little hands

That thought did cross my mind. Gok doesn't want their civil war spreading to his bedroom.

Oh no, she's good with my toy room. She knows which Transformers she's allowed to touch (i.e. PlaySkool, Bot Shots & Happy Meal toys). She doesn't touch anything else, and if she ever does, she always asks for permission first. I can trust her to walk in and out of that room unsupervised... the worse she does is put her toys in there. Currently there's a strew of her Lego bits and plushies on the floor.

But we recently got burgled -- the only thing that was taken was my wife's handbag (which is a massive inconvenience for her cos now she has to replace all her cards, licence, mob phone etc.). But it happened in the middle of the night while we were at home and asleep! So yeah... kinda scared about some midnight thief touching my toys now. I've had Transformers stolen in a burglary before, but that was when I was out of the house. The thought of my toys being stolen while I'm asleep at home has me locking that room at night now.
