Ive been wanting to do this ever since I was young. Very nice.

What sort of board/s (circuit boards) are you using for the joysticks? The reason I asked is I have a project that I have been working on for a while now and I have had some success using the insides of pc game pads and soldering wires to the game pad boards and running them up to the joysticks/buttons on the arcade machine...
