Myer - buy 2, get 3rd free - until Sunday 21st Oct

Saw in today's paper, a "buy 2 get 3rd free" offer for toys at Myer until this Sunday (21st October). (3rd toy is the lesser value of the three)
This was in a Brisbane paper, so not sure if it is nationwide, as Myer and DJs are known to have state-only sales.

Got this in my email, so I think it's very likely to be nationwide.

Myer recently had two toy sales from memory, and now they are having another deal quite soon.

I wonder if it's because their sales are doing poorly?
