Silverbolt is quite different! He has a more accurate red, gold chrome (i think), white forearms, thighs and head piece, and best of all, none of the fluro orange...

See, Kurdt's useful. Me? I'm not sure what I am.

And don't forget the glaringly obvious, the jet is white, not grey.

    My take Classics vs Henkei:

    Hot Rod:

I consider both Henkei and Hasbro version equally good because although I prefer the flame decals on Henkei to Hasbro's I don't like the Chrome Orange on the back fin and prefer Hasbro's non chrome. To compensate for this and get the best of both worlds I ordered reprolabels and 'upgraded' my Classics Hot Rod.

    Jetfire

I prefer Hasbro's version. Henkei is also good but I don't like how its lacking Autobot symbols on the wings and the cockpit has been painted over. Sure Henkei is more cartoon accurate but I prefer the looks of Hasbro.

    Astrotrain

I prefer the Henkei version MUCH MORE than the crappy Hasbro Version. This figure suffers from Archer's half a$$ed attempt at realism in which he compromises the character's colors for it but still adds stupid unrealistic purple color details killing the realism anyway. The same thing happened with Universe Powerglide.

    Optimus Prime

Both the Hasbro version and Henkei's are very well done. However I prefer Henkei due to the chrome and more accurate G1 colors.

    Megatron

I don't need to explain this unless there is someone in this Universe who actually prefers the Hasbro version.

    Bumblebee

This is strictly a matter of taste as both versions are good. I don't like the Henkei Lemony yellow on Bumblebee nor the chromed rear spoiler. I prefer Hasbro's version.

    Mirage

Both versions are almost equally good but I prefer the Henkei one a little bit more due to its G1 accuracy but not enough to get another. To compensate for this I ordered Reprolabels and upgraded Classics Mirage same as I did Hot Rod.

    Starscream

Starscream's color scheme is very good on the Hasbro version but the quality of the paint and application is down right horrible. It has cheap ass paint, poor QC and has silver parts lazyly left unpainted with exposed gray plastic that looks more translucent than silver. Henkei is much better done, almost the same color scheme but they bothered to paint the figure properly and is MUCH more superior to Classics. The only thing that I prefer from the Classics version of Starscream is the Blue nosecone.

    Ramjet

I prefer the Hasbro version much more than Henkei. I just like the wings paint detailing on Hasbro's better.

    Henkei 2.0/Universe

    Silverbolt:

Henkei has properly painted white without exposing the cheap a$$ gray plastic as the primary color like Hasbro's version. Chrome and solid reds are also nice as well as non stupid Hasbro fluro orange. What's the deal with fluro colors and Hasbro anyway??

    Onslaught

Both the Henkei and Universe are SWAT vehicles and I hate that. However although Hasbro's seems good, I think that I prefer Henkei due to the more G1 accurate detailing.

    Powerglide

Do I really need to explain? Just like Astrotrain, Hasbro's Powerglide is a half a$$ Archer attempt at realism by adding stupid colors like the Fluro orange lights ruining it. Damn that Archer. Henkei is red improving the figure's character tribute considerably and making it the better choice but it still sports the awful fluro orange although it no longer looks as bad due to the surrounding red. Its a bad mold for Powerglide but Henkei saves the tribute by making it red. However Henkei should of had the arms gray instead of red.

    Sunstreaker

Properly painted and appropriate lemony yellow on Henkei. Chrome on engine block. Universe has that Animated Bumblebee cheap yellow and that awful unpainted gray plastic as 'silver'

    Sideswipe

    Unknown differences.

    Prowl

Superior paint job and detailing but primary difference are the chromed missiles which Hasbro neglected to paint at all!!

The other releases are also unknown but likely to be superior to Hasbro as Archer has really forced the 'Cheap' stick on many of Hasbro's post movie releases.

All these figures appear to have superior paint jobs to Hasbro's and that includes tasteful chrome such as missiles for Prowl, engine block for Sunstreaker, etc. Powerglide is straight forward on why its better although I would have preferred gray arms.
