I think Crystal Convoy is awesome especially if you have light behind him. He really looks damn cool. One of the best toys in my collection by a long shot. Often, toys get made exclusives and appreciate in value for useless reasons... eg. BT-17 in diecast really means jack all to a mediocre at best mold. With the range of colours on Crystal Convoy, it's just a sparkling toy to look at and play with in either mode. But then again, ur a confessed BWs fanatic and I'm a G1 tragic.

Don't get me wrong, I can see a place for the "crystal" or see-through versions in collections, but they just don't make sense to me, other than Ghost Starscream. I guess I need some sort of backstory to make them work for me, otherwise they are just the same character made differently. To me, this is akin to a repaint.

so you're saying BT18 shouldn't have been produced? but i'm sure that is an exception as Mirage is suppose to be "Transparent"
