Is up to Porsche to give the license I guess.

Takara Tomy's Tomica department have licensed porsche toys, and I beleive that's the department Shogo Hasui went through to get the license for MP Bumblebee (and Wheeljack?).
Also, Porsche is owned by the Volkswagen group - which itself is majority owned by Porsche SE. And they let us have Bumblebee... so...

we'll just have to wait and see, I suppose. No doubt the fandom would explode if it turns out to be correct.
Supposedly, there's a Galvatron in the works and the engineering for Jazz is completed too. But, again, we'll just have to wait

It's difficult to argue that Leader Class Galaxy Convoy isn't already perfect, IMO.

Yeah, ankle tilts is about the only way I could think of to improve the figure, though like most he stands just fine without them. I guess there is also some degree of partsforming to it as well, which I've always been fine with. It's difficult to see how you would remake the toy without that, but for some it could be considered a down score.

I wonder how hard it would be to track down a Hybrid Style Galaxy Convoy, UltimateGalvatron?
