Name this toy...

A work colleague of mine just came back from a Transformers exhibition in Taiwan. Below is a photo of a toy included in the exhibition which they claim is a pre-Transformer (Diaclone?). To the best of my knowledge, I have never seen this toy. Can someone shed some light on it's name / origin? Cheers!

Micronauts biotron? Think thats it. Im old and collected them :-)

^Yep. It appears to be Robotman-Biotron, minus his Microman pilot.

Yep that's a pre alright. I like that display, BTW. I wish I went to that exhibition...
