Also -> unlocking not-Hook's arms transformation for robot mode is major pain.

Funny, those were exactly the joints I was thinking of. Unlocking his arms seems ok but the super-strong ratchets on the shoulder are causing the plastic sliders that allow his arms to extend out from his body to bend when folding his arms back up into vehicle mode. Looks very scary but luckily it doesn't seem too bad as long as I can keep enough pressure on the slider to stop the torsion.

My last two Alternators arrived: Rumble and Ravage (Jaguar).

And with that, my Alt collection is complete as I have at least one of each mould.

Also grabbed a second Vehicon as it is an all-round great toy. Tried tog et a FoC AirRaid as well but Kmart refused to sell it.

Heh, I remember when I got that toy... I kept making him race Michaelangelo and Donatello on their Cheap-Skates and Muppet Babies Kermit (who also came with a skateboard). That's about as much fun as I've ever gotten out an Action Master.

Where did you acquire this guy?

I'm on the fence about the other repaints (and Starscream), but I'd really like more Insecticons (to go with my FP not-Insecticons and not-Deluxe-Insecticons). Like troop building Junkions, Insecticon swarms should have some slight variations, whilst keeping classic Insecticon colours, between each other for that IDW freakish mob effect Sunstreaker needs his pet!
