I'm really surprised that none of you put this up as a contender.

Drum & Bass, but does it really surprise anyone when my Avatar is Afterlife Drum & Bass (although 99% of you have no idea what that is)
I'll update this when I'm needing help finding particular figures

Yesterday I was reading The Killing Joke and thinking what would be the ideal backing music for such a Joker focused work and I came up with the following:

1.Any album by White Zombie/Rob Zombie
2.Any album by The Mars Volta
    3.Any album by Meshuggah
    4.Any album by Buckethead

#3 would also be appropriate for any graphic novel about Scarecrow.

Tonight I'm reading Daredevil:Redemption and the soundtrack is the PMRC's Filthy Fifteen music compilation. I've got to hand it to the PMRC they've got good taste in music and I'm glad they shared this with the youth of the 80's.

Also I'm listening to a song called WM Free by Hellyeah.
