Heard these guys on JJJ the other day. Pretty cool for a Metalcore band.

Not a big fan of metalcore, and I'm usually pretty critical of vocals, but that didn't sound too bad for a band that came from triple J lol

My missus has Dethklok's Awaken playing in the background here. Grueling to play on bass but damn if it ain't fun.

This is just awesome. Corvus Corax is a medieval folk band that I've been a fan of for a while now, and seems the next album is going to be heavy metal versions of some of their songs, like the one above. Gives me goosebumps. Cannot wait to see them next week

I'm going through another Red Hot Chili Peppers phase now that John Frusciante has re-joined the band as their guitar player again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMh7DiY4SpU

Really digging Marko Hietala solo album. Bass player from Nightwish and Tarot. Caught him live when I was in Germany recently and bought his cd there. Album has a Pink Floyd vibe to it I feel, so worth checking out. This track gives me goosebumps.
