It's the continuation of the IDW-verse, no rebooting going on. The Robots in Disguise comic is also a continuation but is set on Cybertron while MTMTE is about a bunch of Autobots (and others) on a space ship.

I want Mp1. Have Mp10 as a substitute but he is too small.

How much you willing to pay for 01 as the mp04 with the trailer can be very expensive
