Hey guys Really wanted some advice...

So got a great holy grail figure Zone leader Dai Atlas! For quite a good price!

The figure looks great but the box which was said to be "C9" I don't really expect that... However it has arrived with the window badly broken.

What is fair to ask for or should I take it on the chin???
