That's true, I didn't quite believe it myself at first, I always thought any girl who showed any interest in Transformers was being forced into it by their boyfriends.

Actually i'm still surprised to this day that some guys actually think they DON'T exist and need a constant reality check.

To me it was always logical that there'd be SOME females out there who'd be fans. Logical in that you'd be hard pressed to find something that was exclusive to one gender only.

Personally, it's not that I think they don't exist, obviously Transformers appeals to both males and females, but I think it appeals to personality traits more commonly found in males. So when a female fan presents herself, it more often than not, comes across as a surprise to the male fans. This prompts some of the more gullible male fans to seek confirmation.

One of my ex-gfs is a Transformers fan, so yeah - I don't need proof that they exist.

Bingo! Whenever people say that female fans don't exist, I whip it out so that they can have a nice big cup of stfu.

Is there a way to do that? It would certainly get my girlfriend off my back about my collection

So does my younger brother, his wife can't stand transformers but eases off on him about his collection since she's got her own Hello Kitty Collection growing.
