Maybe retool the arm to make it detachable? Detach for robot mode, reattach for vehicle.

Gok is right. That's a common misconception. Action Master is the multicolour magical pixie horse one. That would be pretty cool though.
The colours look fantastic on the classics Screamer mould.)
