Hi if you've read my short review of BH Prime I found two stress marks on my voyager Prime one in a significant spot and the other in a weapon storage.

The first thing when you get your BH Prime is check both shoulders. They're attached to pieces of soft grey plastic that are hinged so that the arms can swing back and around for vehicle mode. They should swing around with only a little resistance. If it's too tight or stops part way through the turn you'll need to sand or shave the red plastic down.

I found it easier to shave the plastic down on the torso by removing the arm. It comes apart easily and the ratcheting mechanism is held in tightly by a spring.



Just sand/ shave the plastic down a little at a time until the grey plastic swings back without stopping or getting too tight.



I know it's not a perfect solution and you basically defacing your transformer. But it beats multiple returns during the hunt for the best version of this toy.
