Wow - RK sure knows how to keep it's customers happy! Clever business sense really, small (in the grander scheme of things) tokens like this help make customers for life!
Whoa, well, I certainly have no problem spruiking them in the future. Very nice.

Bibyco could definitely learn a thing or two from RK, that's for sure...
So could Hobby Link Japan! I had similar dealings with them recently... and, well, let's just say the exact OPPOSITE occurred!
Well done Gutsman!

very nice!!! well done....
I had a Robot Kingdom error. Quite coincidentally, this was 2 days after talking with Griffin about his current error and we were twining about how poor their post-sales support was for anything ambiguous. Luckily, in the case of my error, there was no ambiguity.
I ordered 2ea. of Animated Rodimus & Ironhide. I only received one of each.
So, I replied to the original email receipt for the order attached with pics of the opened box (so they could clearly see only 2 deluxes could fit in it) as well as a pic of the packing slip, which incorrectly said 1 of each.
I got a reply in 12 hours saying they'd ship out the rest of the order today.
My Conclusion:
Incomplete/incorrect orders: No problem, quick response
Damaged/defencted goods: Good luck
I recently received a DX-9 Invisible from Robot Kingdom. It was nicely packed and arrived super quick.
Also in the last week or so I asked to cancel a pre-order of the FT-03c Quakewave. They responded very quickly (within 24 hours) and processed the refund straight away.
Great customer service. I think some local TF stores could learn a thing or two from them...
