Hell I once had a former friend try to set me up with a girl who was proud of being a banana packer. Maybe i'm being picky but i'd like someone who's dreams are a little higher than bananas.

I dunno, I kind of dream of having a simple life and i find it a bit disappointing that I'll never be able too. Sometimes, a simple life is the best life. But our society doesn't seem to like that.

And i'm not one for partying either as I don't drink (taste buds don't seem to care too much for it) or even smoke and I sure as hell can't dance.

I can't dance for crap myself but it doesn't matter too much. There's many other things you can do.

Yeah but you gotta understand, around here, working in the bananas is pretty much the lowest and crappiest job going and pretty much reserved for those who have no drive or are too stupid/stoned/drunk to do anything else.

I'm married so I'm not concerned now. When I was single I had mixed luck depending on where I was located at the time. I remember tuna fishing at Port Stephens... that is the place for single guys. The sailors club there (not what you think guys) had a ratio of about 4:1 women to men and they were on the prowl. I picked up everytime I went there. One time I went with several mates, we went straight for the bar on arrival and on the way this chick grabs one of my mates and says "come on" and off they went. I couldn't believe it.

I also met alot of women as when I worked as a DJ... but they were usually bottom feeders.
