It wasn't just the scalpers, TrU USA also decided not to ship internationally so for most people, even if you made it in time, you wouldn't have been able to get it

$35 to ship Acid Storm by EMS or $26 for registered airmail with insurance. Seems like they've run out of preorder stock on Soundwave but the boxes are the same size so expect similar shipping costs.

Just got an email from a friend in the ol US of A. She went to a TRU for me to find SW, couldn't find him and asked the lady to get one for her. The TRU lady tried but according to her computer the warehouses are empty of the product in question.
